Experience the power of imagery, touch, and movement exercises to lengthen and balance shoulder and neck musculature. Learn how to melt away tension and associated mental anxiety. Release holding patterns in the upper body and become aware of organic causes of tightness and muscular rigidity. Learn the experiential anatomy of the shoulder girdle and benefit from an increased awareness into the function and interaction of joints and muscles. Exercise with small rolling balls and elastic bands to experience smooth joint action, increased circulation and balanced posture.

- learn how your shoulders, neck, and head are designed to move
- learn a set of simple, effective exercises you can do at home, at work, or even while traveling, to eliminate stiffness and pain in your neck and shoulders
- learn how to detect and eradicate early signs of tension
- learn to use small balls and elastic bands to release muscle tension
